海外との違いを感じた身近な出来事！

パリのオリンピック開会式でのパフォーマンスを観て、日本では絶対に出来ない演出だったと言います。　その部分はカットされて放映されなかったので、私は観られなかったのですが、唖然とされられたといいます。

“血しぶきの中で生首が歌唱”は、日本ではコンプライアンス的に絶対NGで、日本で行ったら一発アウトということでした！（・□・；）

これが行える自由な国フランスならではの表現方法があったと聞いて、日本との価値観の違いを思い知らされました。

「これをやったら誰かから怒られるかも」なんてビクビクしてしまう日本とは対照的です。　それに比べ、日本のエンターテイメントは規制に縛られている部分があると思います。

朝8時からの3時間の、テレビ朝日の開会式番組での放映を観ていたのに、このシーンは全てカットになってしまったらしいです。

日本で行うのはNG、一発アウトであるにせよ、放映することに賛否があるとしても、歴史と文化で作り上げたものを、勝手にカットしてしまうことには失望してしまいます。

多様な在り方があることを知ることは、世界を理解する上で大事なことだと思います。

A familiar event that made me feel the difference from overseas!

The performance at the opening ceremony of the Olympics in Paris was an event that stunned the Japanese!

And it never has been done in Japan.　I wasn’t able to watch it because that was cut and not televised.

In Japan, “a live head singing amidst a spray of blood” would be an absolute no-no for compliance reasons, and if it had been performed in Japan, it would have been out in one shot!（・□・；）

I felt that there was a way of expression unique to France, a free country where this could be done, I was reminded of the difference in values between Japan and France.

This is in contrast to Japan, where people are always afraid that someone might get angry with them if they do something like this.　In comparison, I think that Japanese entertainment is bound by regulations.

When people watched the three-hour, 8:00 a.m. broadcast of the opening ceremony program on TV Asahi, I heard that all of these scenes were cut.

I’m disappointed to hear that the scene had cut by Japanese TV programs. Even though it’s a big NG to do in Japan and one shot out, and there would be pros and cons to airing it, France has created with their history and culture.

I think it’s important for understanding the world to know that there are diverse ways of being.
