皆さんは、こうした「詐欺広告（サポート詐欺）」に遭遇したことはありますか？ 実は先日、私自身が初めてこの罠にかかってしまいました。
​
GWの予定をチェックしていたら、無意識に広告に触れてしまった瞬間、パソコンが「偽の警告」に支配されたのです。
​
● 一瞬、肝を冷やしました
表示された連絡先は海外の電話番号。もちろん本物ではありません。 今の時代、意図せずとも世界と繋がり、一度入り込まれると切り離すのは容易ではない——。そんな現代の縮図を、最悪な形で実感してしまいました。
​
● もし遭遇したら？「正解」の対処法はこれだけです
焦って電話をかけたり、無理に電源を切ったりしてはいけません。

1. [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [Delete] を同時に押す
2. 右下の電源ボタンから [再起動] を選択
   これだけで、何事もなかったかのように元の画面に戻ります。 通常のシャットダウンはPCにダメージを与える可能性があるため、この手順が最も安全です。

   ● 冷静さが、最高の「武器」になる
   今回の件で痛感したのは、未知のトラブルに対して「冷静に対処する」ことの難しさ、そして大切さです。
   ​
   これは異文化コミュニケーションでも同じことが言えます。 言葉が通じない、文化が違う。そんな「想定外」の場面でこそ、知識を持ち、落ち着いて向き合う力が問われます。

👿[WARNING] What to do if your PC is hijacked by a “Fake Alert”
“Please contact Microsoft Support immediately.” ​ The blaring alarm wouldn’t stop, and a fake support message took over my entire screen.
​
Have you ever encountered one of these “Support Scams”? ​ It happened during a quiet moment of my day while I was checking plans for the upcoming holidays. ​
​
I guess I accidentally clicked on an ad, my computer was suddenly held hostage by a fraudulent warning.
​
● A chilling realization
The contact info displayed was an overseas phone number—definitely not the real Microsoft. In today’s digital age, we are connected to the world whether we like it or not. ​ Once a malicious entity gains access, it’s not easy to disconnect. I felt the darker side of our interconnected world in a very personal way.
​
● If this happens to you, here is the ONLY correct response:
Do not panic. ​ Do not call the number, and do not force-quit the power.

1. Press [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [Delete] simultaneously.
2. Select [Restart] from the power icon in the bottom right corner.
   That’s it. Your screen will return to normal as if nothing happened. ​ Avoiding a hard shutdown is the safest way to protect your PC from damage.
   ​
   ● Staying calm is your greatest weapon
   This experience reminded me how difficult—yet vital—it is to remain calm when facing the unknown. ​
   ​
   The same applies to cross-cultural communication. ​ Whether it’s a language barrier or a cultural clash, your ability to stay calm and lean on your knowledge is put to the test during “unexpected” situations.
   ​
