私は、さらにその根本にある「帝王学」を学び、その教えをもとに、現代のビジネスにおけるリーダーシップを磨いています。 帝王学は、リーダーとしての倫理観や決断力を高める学問ですが、これもまた、日本人の誠実さや信頼感を裏付けるものです。 これらの精神を持って、私はビジネスパーソンの皆さんが海外で成功を掴むためのお手伝いをしています。

【The Strengths of the Japanese People You Need to Know: Trust and Integrity Are the Keys to Business Success】

What do you need to succeed overseas?  The answer lies in utilizing our strengths as

Japanese people: trust and integrity.

For example, comparing the probability of lost items being returned to their owners in Tokyo and New York, the difference is striking.  In Tokyo, about 80% or more of purses are returned to their owners, while in New York that figure is only about 10%.  Japan’s safety and the honesty of its people are outstanding in the world, and this is a big advantage in the business world as well.

I myself have experience as a recruiting interviewer at a foreign company and now teach English to businesspeople, and I strongly feel that this sense of trust that Japanese people have is highly valued in global business.  Overseas, it is rare for forgotten or lost items to be returned, but in Japan, trust is so deeply rooted that it is taken for granted.  This is a culture nurtured by 700 years of bushido spirit, and it is a strength of Japan that we should be proud of.

I have further studied the underlying principles of “Teo-gaku” and use its teachings to hone my leadership skills in today’s business world.  Teo-gaku is the study of leadership ethics

and decisiveness, which also underpins the integrity and trustworthiness of the Japanese people.  It is in these spirits that I help businesspeople find success overseas.
